You can send a Grateful message using Twitter by adding the hashtag #WeAreGrateful to the end of any tweet.

GratefulApp will grab the tweet and put the contents into postcard on the site. Gratefulapp filters out @replies, (RT) ReTweets and spam messages.

It may take up to 15 minutes for your Twitter message to show up on Gratefulapp.
